Joan Yabut-Dulfo, MD
Assistant Secretary

Dr. Joan Yabut-Dulfo is a graduate of the Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) with a degree of BS Medical Technology. After successfully passing both the Medical Technologist Licensure Exam and Civil Service Exam she went on to pursue her studies and earned her degree, Doctor of Medicine from the same institution.

She had her training on Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology at the Medical Skin Health Training Foundation, Inc. (MSHTFI). Dr. Yabut-Dulfo went on to complete further training at the National Skin Centre in Singapore and is currently certified by the Korean Medical Aesthetic Micropigmentation.

Dr. Yabut-Dulfo is a member of the Philippine Medical Association, Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL) and Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM).

She served as the former Auditor and Treasurer of the Philippine Association of Primary Skin Health Physicians, Inc. (PAPSHPI) prior to becoming the present Assistant Secretary.
